Besides location & fuel tracking, there are a number of other key vehicle parameters which companies are interested in monitoring. These parameters include those related to engine diagnostics, payload, tyre pressure, proximity etc. We provide a complete solution to our customers which gives them end-to-end control of their vehicles and operations providing them with the desired efficiency and safety etc.

Engine Diagnostics

A lot of information about the vehicle's running condition is available through an OBD or CANBus port. We capture this vehicle health data and make it available for real-time monitoring.

How it Works

 

The OBD or CANBus port reader brings the engine diagnostics data to the main fleet management controller. This data is then sent remotely to the cloud server for further analysis and monitoring.

Payload Monitoring

Logistics or construction/mining companies need to prevent overloading of their vehicles. Sometimes need is to also monitor in real-time the amount of payload in the vehicle. This is done to prevent pilferage or to ascertain how much production is happening on a mining site etc.

How it Works

 

There are various different kinds of load sensors depending on the vehicle type and the application. Our solution uses the appropriate payload sensor depending on the individual use case. Load data is sent to the central controller on the vehicle which further makes the data available on cloud.

Proximity Detection

At mining or construction sites operation of heavy machinery requires the operator to take multiple precautionary and safety measures. Since vehicles are quite large in size, visibility of nearby vehicles or people is very poor for the HEMM driver. Hence, we provide a proximity detection solution which takes care of this mandatory need now put in place by govt. of India.

How it Works

 

We offer two proximity detection technologies - Radar based and Laser based. Radar based sensors provide a conical coverage whereas laser based sensors provide a straight line coverage. Both have adjustable distance range. Both solutions come with a in-vehicle alarm system for the vehicle driver.
